They launched the Indigenous HR Strategy in May, 2022 that is aimed at recruiting, training and coaching Indigenous Talent for in-demand industries. Saskatchewan is facing significant labour market challenges and Indigenous People will be a large part of your workforce now and in the future. The strategy aims to work with Investors and employers to build the talent if it is not there today.
